Congratulations!

Congratulations on your new home! On behalf of the Landmark Community Management team, we would like to take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt welcome! We are pleased to have you as a member of the community.

It is important for us to know how to reach you.  We use emails to notify owners of upcoming meetings, announcements, newsletters, and other pertinent information. Your contact information will be used for association purposes only. Please provide us with your contact information via the form below.

Are you planning on making any change to your new home? Before you make any changes, please remember that you live in Covenant Restricted Community, and all changes must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

As a new owner, we highly recommend that you read and review the Governing Documents.  They were put into place to protect property values and to ensure your neighborhood remains an attractive and safe community for everyone to live and enjoy.  Should you need a copy of these documents, such as the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs), plats, ARC forms, or anything else pertinent to the neighborhood, you can find these documents on the website listed below.

As your management company, our primary role is to assist the association in carrying out the day-to-day operations, managing the financial responsibilities, common area maintenance, enforcing compliance regarding the CCRs and the ARC process. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us so that we can assist you with all of your POA Matters.

Please take a few minutes to update your contact information below. Seeing that we use email addresses for our primary form of contact, it is very important to know how to reach you.

If you just closed on your home please fill this form out so that we have your contact information. We primarily communicate by email and we wouldn’t want you to miss out on anything!
